I have been trying to rewrite my About page for days, and I keep hitting roadblocks. Should I mention this, should I mention that? What exactly do people need to know about me when they come across my blog?
I think I have finally found a perfect solution. Rather than trying to figure it out on my own, I’m just going to ask. What do you want to know? What are you curious about me or my blog? What have you wondered about, but never asked? Now is the time to let me know. I am going to take the best questions (obviously, not the spam/mean/insulting ones) and try to answer each in a short blog post. I will sprinkle the posts through out over the next few weeks, and link to each in my new Q&A section on my About page.
So, dive on in! You can leave me a question here in the comments, use my contact page, or message me on Twitter. If you do not want to be linked to the question feel free to stay anonymous. Otherwise I will probably frame it as “So-and-so asked…” with a link back to you.
Thanks for helping me get this filled in. I can’t wait to see what questions you might have for me to answer.

-How do you handle homeschooling and being a single mom? I remember you
posted a typical day a month or so ago, but I still don’t get ‘how you do it’…
seriously you are truly a Super Mom
-How are your dreads doing?
-Do you have a shower stall in your RV?
-If you could have help with something (toys, childcare, food, new clothes, books,
etc.) what would be on your top lists? And where would your readers send such
things?
-Has Michael started paying child support?
-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I agree with Dawn – you seem like such an amazing mum and are able to get so much stuff done! How do you manage to be a single mum and homeschool? Do you work outside the home to supplement your writing income?
Why did you decide to move to Texas? If you could live anywhere, where would you want to live? What is your dream for yourself and your kids?
Do you homeschool or unschool? Why did you decide to homeschool or unschool your kids? Now that you are divorced, does your ex suddenly not support this decision? (I admit to thinking he’s a huge ass)
Do you like living in an RV now that you’ve been doing it a few months? If you were able to live in a house again, would you?

How funny that we are both from Vancouver.
I wanted to mention that on the comment page that has ‘Tags’. One line has ‘love’
and the next word is ‘Michael’. Not sure if this is one purpose, but I would imagine
not.
I started following your blog when we were in the same ddc on MDC over 2 years
ago. I’ve loved hearing about you and your family. And seeing the similarities
between Saffron and my Lucas. I hate that you’ve had so much crap thrown your
way but I’m overwhelmed but the courage and strength that you show. I only hope
that I could be as strong in such rough waters.
Thank you Summer!
